Digital products and memberships
Our products are digital, including downloads and online content, and membership access is granted immediately after purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on digital products once a purchase is complete.
Memberships
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We do not refund payments that have already been made, including partial months.
Before you buy
We encourage you to review the product description and the free content on our site, including our free membership level, to make sure a product is right for you. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us at support@imknowledgetoday.com.
Problems with your order
If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or can’t access something you paid for, contact us at support@imknowledgetoday.com within 14 days and we’ll fix it. Please include your name, the email used for the order, and a description of the problem.
